However, if your body composition is set, your body will be a little bit more balanced. A bodybuilder can only do what he can with his body structure to improve his performance. In this article, I would like to show you how to set your body structure for more consistent results. How to Find out Your Body Shape The most obvious place to start are the basics: Your current weight: Exercise you do The type of body part: Which workouts you have, and how often you do them, which ones are hard on the legs, back, arms What muscles and what areas they focus on (shoulders, chest, shoulders, belly etc.) How often you do the types of workouts you do. You need to know your current weight if you want to make progress, and it doesn't take much work if you focus on it. But it does require some kind of knowledge of what your current weight looks like, which you should have gained from your workout. The reason for this is because the easiest way to determine a new weight would be to try it on the scale. The second easiest way would be to check out the scale from the gym. So when you see something that looks wrong with your scale, you can probably use the information we have already taken the trouble to learn. How to Improve Your Body Shape What I like to do is that I always have one of my clients on a scale. I take my client's measurements and I ask him if he thinks he is an 85 or a 98, I ask him if he thinks his body should look like that. If he says he thinks he is 85, I make one more assumption and assume that he should get to a more solid 90 body-weight, so I'll do one last step to make sure I have it right: I scale up on him and take the new weight. If he feels he should be closer to or further away from the new body weight (I usually have my client weigh himself on a scale twice, because the scale can only tell you half the story), then I know it's a good body, and we can see where he is.
